I Have Not Received My Order Yet: 

All orders will have a tracking number assigned to them. Please check your USPS Tracking number to determine how far along in transit your order is & the estimated arrival date. 

I Received The Wrong Item:

In the rare occasion you received an item that you did not order - or an item is missing from your order please email us immediately at customerservice@sandana.us and we will investigate the situation and get it rectified immediately. 

The Size I Ordered Does Not Fit:

If you purchased a sized item and it does not fit you have the ability to exchange it for the correct size. You must return the item in its original condition in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. 

Do You Accept Returns:

We do not accept returns on the basis of a buyer changing his mind on his purchase. We do accept returns if you are not happy with the quality of the product. Buyers who are not happy with the quality of the product will only be responsible for shipping charges associated with the sale.
